318x Compromises Bigger on Yahoo

Dan Goodin at El Reg pointed out to to me that a Yahoo search on the 318x iframe reveals a considerably higher number of hits. Does this mean Google is capping the SERPs at some arbitrary point? Curently, Yahoo is showing 303,000 on my end while a Google search on the 318x iframe is showing 159,000 (up from 125,000 yesterday and 132,000 earlier today).
